See all four Jewish Cultural Quarter locations with one single ticket. Or choose the duoticket, which gives you entrance to the Jewish Museum and the Portuguese Synagogue. We also offer a separate ticket to the National Holocaust Museum.

Tickets remain valid for a week.

Tickets at the ticket desk on location will have a € 2,00 surcharge.

Due to the high demand to visit the National Holocaust Museum, there is a chance that you may not be able to get a ticket at the ticket desk if the time slots are fully booked. Therefore, it is advised to purchase your ticket online in advance! This is as well advised if you have a Museumkaart

We welcome people with physical disabilities at all our locations. Lifts are available in every building. Jewish Museum + junior's wheelchair entrance is at Nieuwe Amstelstraat 3-5. You can borrow a wheelchair at the Jewish Museum and the National Holocaust Museum. Book in advance if you want to reserve one of our wheelchairs. And let us know at which location you want to reserve a wheelchair.

The Jewish Cultural Quarter is easy to reach from Amsterdam's Central Station. Take metro 51, 53 or 54 to Waterlooplein station. Leave by the Nieuwe Amstelstraat exit, then it's a 2 minute walk. Or take tram 14 from Central Station to Waterlooplein. Or take tram 14 from Central Station to Artis for the National Holocaust Museum and Hollandsche Schouwburg.

There are three underground car parks near Jewish Museum + junior: Markenhoven, ParkKing Waterlooplein and Stadhuis/Muziektheater.

The Jewish Cultural Quarter is also accessible by the Cultuur Ferry. The hop-on-hop-off boat with a museum guide operates from April to October, Thursday through Sunday, between 9.30am and 5.30pm. Regular tickets cost € 28.00 per adult. Do you have a VriendenLoterij VIP card? Then you'll receive discount! With an Amsterdam City Card, you can jump on board for free.

Please leave your coats and bags in the cloakroom area where lockers and coat hooks are provided. Small bags (A4 size or less) may be taken into the museum.

Free audio guides are available at all our locations. These provide you with extra background information. Headphones or earpods are not required.
