Zine workshop, in association with the IHLIA

Sunday 8 August, 3.00-4.30 p.m.

In 2001, Gil & Moti were one of the first gay couples to be married in the Netherlands. They turned their wedding into a spectacular performance project. This year, the JCK is also celebrating the twentieth anniversary of the legalisation of same-sex marriage in the Netherlands. In this workshop conducted by IHLIA LGBTI Heritage, you will create your own zine about being in love. A zine is a small, homemade magazine about a specific topic.

IHLIA LGBTI Heritage is the main heritage organisation representing the LGBTQIA+ community in the Netherlands and has the largest LGBTQIA+ collection in Europe. By bringing history to life, the organisation contributes to the social acceptance of the LGBTQIA+ community.
